The Spectrum Solutions project , funded by the Columbia Basin Trust and other contributors, is working on improving the network of services for children with special needs (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and other Complex Developmental and Behavioral Conditions)
