Aboriginal Family Support
Aboriginal Family Support, funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development, provides support and counseling to families containing a child or parent of Aboriginal heritage. This service covers the West Kootenay region, including the communities of Kaslo, Nelson, Salmo, Trail, Castlegar, Slocan Valley, Nakusp and the surrounding rural areas. The service is operated by Castlegar & District Community Services
